Il Testamento del Porco è una trattoria molto conosciuta di Ferrara. Devo dire che ne avevo sempre sentito parlare ma per qualche strano motivo non ero mai andata a provarlo. Forse perché non è in centro città ma un po’ fuori o forse solo perché non ne era capitata l’occasione. Lo scorso anno nel centro di Ferrara è stato organizzato uni mini mini ciocco show, dove alcuni cioccolatieri o dolciari esponevano delizie di cioccolato. In questa occasione ho assaggiato la “stracciata” con il cioccolato del Testamento del Porco. E se inizialmente mi sono stupida del perché una Trattoria si trovasse in mezzo alle cioccoalterie…una volta assaggiata la stracciata non ho più avuto dubbi. E’ superfluo dire che questa fantastica stracciata mi ha convinta anche ad andare al ristorante dove ho mangiato benissimo. Per questo motivo non mi sono stupita di trovare la Trattoria Il Testamento del Porco anche al Cioccoshow e senza vergogna confesso si aver pranzato con stracciata, tenerina e dolce salame durante tutta la manifestazione. Come a Ferrara, la trattoria ha offerto la stracciata ma anche una fantastica mini tenerina con crema calda, mini porzioni di zuppa inglese e fette di dolce salame, allietando davvero tutti, grandi e piccini. Ancora una volta la Trattoria non ha deluso e non vedo l’ora di ritornare a mangiare anche al ristorante…dove la tenerina non manca mai!
The Testamento del Porco is a well known restaurant in Ferrara. I must say that I had always heard about it but for some strange reason I had never tried it. Perhaps because it is not in the city center but a bit 'out or maybe just because it had just not happened. Last year in the center of Ferrara it has been organized a mini mini chocolate show, where some chocolate companies or confectionery chocolate exposed. On this occasion I tasted the Testamento del Porco "stracciata" with chocolate. And if at first I was surprise to find a restaurant in the midst of chocolates, once tasted the “stracciata” ... I had no more doubts. It goes without saying that this extraordinary “stracciata” also convinced me to go to a restaurant where I ate very well. For this reason I was not surprised to find the Trattoria Testamento del Porco at the Cioccoshow where I’m not ashamed to confess I had lunch with “stracciata”, Tenerina, chocolate salami and sweet throughout the event. As in Ferrara, the restaurant offered the “stracciata” but also a fantastic mini Tenerina with hot cream, mini portions of trifle and slices of sweet chocolate salami, really cheering everyone, young and old. Once again, the Testamento del Porco has not disappointed me and I can’t wait to go back to eat at the restaurant ... where Tenerina never fails!
