Maybe it’s a coincidence that the italian version of the Salon du Chocolat was in Bologna. Maybe it was another coincidence that my friend Benedetta had the tickets for the opening preview. I’m not sure it’s all about coincidence. Everything happens for a reason.
I was very curious about this event so different from the ones visited until now. The fact that the opening featured a chocolate fashion show with clothes made of chocolate could give me some clue that the athmosphere would have been unusual. So it has been. Sophisticated people, big brands, chic stuff but a common thing: love for chocolate.
With this post I just want to give you a taste of what I’ve seen. I’ve collected lots of information which I’m going to share in the following weeks.

Sarà una coincidenza che l'edizione italiana del Salon du Chocolat sia capitata proprio a Bologna? Oppure che la mia amica Benedetta avesse gli inviti per l'inaugurazione? Io credo proprio di no.
Ero parecchio curiosa di vedere questo evento, così diverso da quelli che ho avuto occasione di visitare fino ad ora. Già il fatto che ci fosse una sfilata di vestiti di cioccolato mi aveva fatto capire che probabilmente l’atmosfera sarebbe stata diversa. Ed è stato così, ambiente sofisticato, grandi marche, sciccherie ma un comune denominatore: l’amore per il cioccolato.
In questo post voglio solamente dare un assaggio di ciò che ho visto. Ho raccolto tante informazioni, molti flyer che condividerò nei prossimi post.
